• The return request must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Custom or personalized products (such as printed photo frames and wedding invitations) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• The item must be in its original packaging and unused.

2. Process for Returns

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed within 7-10 working days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
