1. Order Cancellation

a. Before Processing

• Customers can cancel their order within 6 hours of placing it, provided it has not entered the processing stage.
• To request a cancellation, please contact our support team at info@sujiprints.com or call us at 011-47010208.
• A full refund will be issued for cancellations made within the allowed timeframe.

b. After Processing

• Once an order is processed or sent for printing, it cannot be canceled.
• In cases where production has started but shipping has not occurred, only partial refunds may be considered at our discretion.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in the following situations:

• Damaged or Defective Products – If you receive a damaged or defective item, report it within 24 hours of delivery with clear images.
• Wrong Product Delivered – If you receive a different product than what you ordered, notify us within 24 hours.
• Lost or Undelivered Shipments – If the order is not delivered within 10 days of the estimated delivery date, we will investigate and issue a refund if necessary.

Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed after verification and approval.
• The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

3. Return Policy

Since our products are personalized and custom-made, returns are generally not accepted unless there is a defect or an error in printing and framing.

Conditions for Returns:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Customers must provide proof of purchase and photographic evidence of defects.
• Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.

If your return is approved, we will arrange for a pickup or provide instructions for returning the item.

4. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

• Personalized/customized products unless they are defective or damaged.
• Orders placed with incorrect details (image resolution, text mistakes, etc.) provided by the customer.
• Delayed deliveries due to external factors (natural disasters, courier issues, etc.).
